It's Always Something

So I thought by now I would have some news regarding my last post but unfortunately not, well none that I am willing to disclose at this time. Things have been postponed until next week so I should have my news then.

I swear though it is always something going on. I don't think a week passes without some kind of drama happening. It's quite unnecessary but I guess that's life...or is it just mine, sometimes I wonder.

Well this week is no different tho' the events are a bit more massively impactful. But I have a few things to keep me feeling a little bit happy about the future. Besides Kelli being back in Chicago (yay!) and getting to see some friends visiting Chicago - Francis, Asra, Carly and Ann - this weekend the Beyonce concert is finally here; I've been waiting for this since the end of May! If only I can find a way to convince myself to pay for the afterparty admission costs :-(

Then it's off to Oxford once again for another mini reunion, tho' I did think more people were coming but I'm happy cause it will be most of us since graduation. And this is truly perfect timing cause I'm in desperate need of face-to-face time with my Miami crew. Its been too long and the way things are going I might not see most of them til graduation 08, a very sad thought.
